The insulation business unit specializes in designing passive fire protection systems, fire doors, thermal and acoustic insulation, technical floors, and heated floors.
The group’s products are currently used in major national and international railway projects with a focus on high-speed vehicles, a segment in which the group is now a leader for its supply purposes.
Naval sector: expertise at the service of civil and military shipbuilding
Thanks to the expertise gained in the military and yachting sectors, with Six Italia, the Group offers integrated solutions for the naval industry. These include both interior and exterior ship fittings, specifically technical flooring, fiberglass gratings, and composite material basins. The Group also handles the manufacturing and installation of life lines, handrails, floorboards, and prefabricated hygiene boxes, ensuring high-performance modular systems.
In recent years, the Group has also expanded its offerings into the naval furnishings sector, collaborating with major Italian shipyards by supplying and installing ceilings and composite walls for luxury boats and yachts, ensuring excellence, safety, and quality in every detail.
For over thirty years, Movinter Group, through Six Italia, has also been operating in the military ballistic protection sector, specifically in the production of technological components for the Italian Navy vessels built by Fincantieri. Among the solutions provided, notable mentions include ballistic panels, RAM panels, pneumatic systems for armaments, and dedicated structural work.
